Cancellation Policy for Standard Rate bookings:

Cancellation shall reach Sunna no later than 2 days prior to the arrival day. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the whole stay will be charged. Free

cancellation is possible the 3rd day before arrival (until midnight). Only written cancellations are valid. We do not make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances. 

Cancellation Policy for non-refundable bookings:

Bookings are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation, no refunds will be made.  We do not make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances. 

Group Policy:

When booking 4 rooms or more, 40% of the total cost will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations or modifications can be made, but a refund of prepaid deposit does not apply.
