We're a family-run guesthouse with 49 rooms and apartments - cosy, well-looked-after and genuinely good value in one of the world's most exciting cities. Everything Reykjavík has to offer is within easy walking distance: the boutiques and cafés of Laugavegur, the National Museum of Iceland, Tjörnin pond and Harpa Concert Hall. Bus stop n°8 - right outside our door - connects you directly to airport transfers and day tours across Iceland.

Reception & Check-in
The reception is currently open from 7:30am to 7:30pm every day.
Guaranteed check-in is from 3:00pm. Late check-in is still possible after hours.
Check-out is at 11:30am latest.
Secure Parking
Private and secure parking lot in the backyard which guests are welcome to use, free-of-charge. Parking spaces are subject to availability and on a “first occupied basis”.

Do you provide breakfast?
Yes, we offer a continental breakfast for 2,500 ISK per meal served daily from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. You can choose to book with or without breakfast, but we recommend letting us know in advance if you wish to add it to your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies can be found in your confirmation email. Please review it for detailed information on your reservation.
What if I arrive after check-in hours?
We offer late check-in after our normal closing hours (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM). You will receive instructions a few days prior to your arrival, which include a safe box with a PIN code to access your room key.
Do you offer special rates for groups or extended stays?
Yes, we can offer special rates for groups and extended stays but cannot guarantee it. Please contact us directly for more information.
Is there a shuttle service to the airport or city center?
We do not offer an airport shuttle, but we recommend using the Flybus or Airport Direct services. The nearest bus stop to our guesthouse is number 8 by Hallgrímskirkja (the Church), which is a short walk from us.
