Cancellation Policy for bookings with 48h cancellation policy:

Cancellation shall reach Sunna no later than 2 days prior to the arrival day. In case of no-show or late cancellation, the whole stay will be charged. Free cancellation is possible the 3rd day before arrival (until midnight). Only written cancellations are valid. We do not make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances. 

Cancellation Policy for non-refundable bookings:

Bookings are charged at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or cancellation, no refunds will be made.  We do not make exceptions for unforeseen circumstances. 

Group Policy:

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements applies.
We required 40% of the total cost as a non-refundable deposit and will be charged 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Number of rooms can be modified within 8 weeks, but you cannot cancel the whole group (or more than 60%).
If a room within a group is cancelled within 4 weeks, a fee may be charged.
A 100% cancellation fee is charged if a group is cancelled less than 48h prior arrival.
